This course is required for any Executive or Franchisee who is positioning as a Team Leader.  There are two intentions within this training course:

  • To clarify the responsibilities of a Team Leader by setting and explaining TL performance expectations that will ultimately be measures by accountabilities
  • To coach TLs on the Rookie Training Workflow, Rookie Development Workflow, and the Experienced Rep Development Workflow so that TLs can:
    • play a developmental role in the Rookie Training of their rep
    • fulfill the leadership expectations surrounding the development of rookie and experienced reps
    • provide the best and most effective leadership and management to develop their subordinate reps.

This course provides training on signing merchants for digital discount cards and TKTs.  It does not cover procedures for entering merchant information into the ERP or building discount cards or apps.  Training on these functions can be found in the ERP training modules.

Week 2 of Rookie Training will include a daily AM group call to preview daily LMS training modules, and also a daily PM group call for review of the daily information and assignments. 
Week 1 of Rookie Training is primarily self-study.  Follow the week 1 syllabus in order to complete the daily modules on time.
